Ordering from ERM

Information on prices is to found in the Online Shop along with pictures and full details of an ever-increasing number of our products. Postage & Packing costs are handled by the Online Shop and are usually lower than using a percentage.

While we recommend using the Online Shop we are still happy to receive orders the old way, through the post. Download a copy of the catalogue and order form for use at your leisure. Note that there are currently more items in the catalogue than in the Online Shop. It will take us some time to fully stock the Online Shop. For orders sent by post payment can be either by postal order or by cheque in GB pounds sterling, drawn on a UK bank and made payable to "East Riding Miniatures". Postage & Packing charges for orders sent by post can be found in the catalogue. Use the links on the left to download a copy of the catalogue and an order form.

We can only accept credit and debit card payments via PayPal. You do not need to open a PayPal account to do this. We can email a PayPal invoice which will give you the instructions you need to complete the transaction. It is simple and straightforward and this way you do not need to give out your card number by insecure email or make expensive make phone call. It also reduces the number of people who have your card details - much safer for you as the customer.

To Pay by PayPal

Email us your order and include the words "Payment by PayPal" in the subject line of your email. If you know how much your order is going to cost (including P&P) then click the logo above and proceed with your payment. We will match it with your name or email address and acknowledge your order. If you do not know what your order will cost we will check your order and delivery details and email you a PayPal invoice so that you can make your payment. Be sure include your name and address in the email you send as we cannot work out postage costs if we don't know which country you are in! If you already have a PayPal account, be sure to make it clear which email address you use with it.

Notes

For environmental reasons we re-use packaging materials as much as possible

All castings contain lead and could be harmful if swallowed so are not suitable for children under the age of 14

All miniatures are supplied unpainted
